No. 1: Leasing machinery

There might be two reasons for which you will need machinery in the game. The first reason is that you need the machines more frequently for your use. The second reason is that you will need them for the time being and won't be needing them after a long time. Some machines in the game are too pricy that you may not be able to afford. In such a case, leasing equipment is the right way to go. You will be able to save a lot of money, also getting the job done.

No. 2: Selling your crops at the right time

When you harvest any field of yours having grain or root crop, your immediate wish is to sell them off at any selling point which offers the highest amount per 1000 liters of the crop. This is a good thing. I will tell you a trick which is an expanded version of this method. Regularly, you will get missions on the map which are playing in. The selling points which offer prices will be high for any particular crop during these missions. Now, this is the correct time to sell off all your grain to these selling points. You will make a lot of money. Till then, you will have to store your crop in an area. The best place to store them is to use the silos which are provided on the map. Setting up farm silos for this is unnecessary. The train in-game is able to access these silos, take the grain and sell it to the selling point.

No. 3: Raising horses

Horses were first introduced in FS 19, the game itself. They are very easy to maintain in the game. Initially, you will buy them for $5000 each. You will need a horse paddock for keeping your horses. The only thing that you need to do is to ride them every day till their daily riding shows '100%'. By riding them every day, their training bar increases by 10% per day. The time to sell them is when their training bar shows '100%'. You will sell each horse you have for ten times the which you bought for ($50,000). Your horses will need oats and hay for food, straw for bedding, and water to drink.

No. 4: Contracts

A special feature was introduced in FS 19, contracts. The idea is that you will do a job for a person who owns a field on the map. It can be sowing, fertilizing, weeding, harvesting, baling, or even transporting items from A to B. Choose a contract which you think would be profitable to you. You can also lease machinery from the owner for whom you are doing the contract for a much lower price. Remember that you can also hire a worker to do the contract yourself. In harvesting contracts, the field owners would get satisfied after have a little crop left on the field. You can use this crop to sell and gain profits or for other uses.
